Update: I stopped going here since they aren't a fan of masks which made me feel uncomfortable. When I was there most recently the receptionist walked in without a mask and when she put it on it said something along the lines of the mask being useless and used for political gain. It's a shame. Original review: The people at this place are so nice! I've been taking my car here for oil changes and switching between snow/all season tires and they always do a good job. They have a shuttle service too.

I was reluctant about putting my car in a shop because i have no knowledge of cars and i was afraid someone might try to haggle me. After some research i found that Automotive Authorities had 5 stars and after doing business with This auto shop i understand why. Liz at the front desk was totally understanding that i have no knowledge of cars and explained what was wrong with my car to me in a way that i could understand. I dropped my car off on tuesday and picked it up on wednesday. I was so amazed with how fast they prioritized getting my car done for me. Liz had even asked me if i needed a ride home after i dropped my car off which i thought was super nice of them. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the longmont area and i will definitely be back. Thank you Automotive authorities for taking care of my little nissan! you guys seriously ROCK!!!

Cory and the gang do a great job and work with you to keep the price where it's manageable. Got some bad rotors once and Cory decided to upgrade them at no extra cost. They've been very good for me over the years.

Excellent shop don't play around they get the job done.
