We were traveling from out of state and our air conditioning compressor broke, which then smoked the serpentine belt, and every one in Estes was booked out three weeks. He got us in right away and made so many points of contact with multiple phone calls, emails and texts to show us our car issues and provide estimates, along with great advice for our mechanic at home to do some additional things to the car.
