I called and talked to Andy about needing an electrical issue fixed on an old Kia. I brought my sister in law’s old Kia Sportage in for an unknown electrical issue and when dropping off the keys, Andy told me he had an experience electrical guy and they might need the car for a couple days before they would have a chance to look at it. I called the day before and they were willing to take the car and work it in, which I appreciated. Andy kept me informed during the diagnostics and repair. They used an OEM part from Kia to fix the issue, which they found. All work was done all within Andy’s estimated cost. Bonus - they found an after market security device that was drawing power from the battery and removed it for us. I googled the Device and it was an old Lojack car theft locator, lol. The car only gets driven every few weeks and the battery drain was an issue. So we were thankful they found and removed this power draining device. I would not hesitate to take a vehicle to Automotive Authority for future maintenance and repairs.
