The team at Automotive Authorities always does a good job, minor or major. I have yet to find a better group of mechanics in Longmont.

tldr; I found Automotive Authorities to be reasonably priced and friendly :) As the cold weather set in I noticed my 6.7 PSD wasn’t idling as well as it used to on cold starts, but it wasn’t throwing any codes yet. Knowing the fuel systems on these trucks can be finicky and that I had a big trip coming up I wanted to have it checked out for peace of mind. I appreciated that your team heard and investigated the concerns with the truck even though there wasn't a CEL / prominent issue. Testing for compression and injector leak-down gave me peace of mind that there wasn’t a major issue looming, and the recommended bg fuel system treatment cleared up the rough cold idle I was worried about in addition to improving my miles per gallon.

I recently took my 2015 Honda CRV to Automotive Authorities to check on my car's brakes that had been squealing. Other than routine oil changes, the car had not been serviced in a while. AA did a very thorough inspection and let me know that I did indeed need new brake pads (down to 10% and 30% respectively) and rotors, repair of a cv axel tear, along with some maintenance items. AA was informative and upfront about what needed to be done now, what could wait, and the itemized costs for each. There was no pressure, I trusted their advice, and elected to perform the necessary and recommended services. I am glad I did and feel like I have a new car. My last Honda had 300k miles on it and was in great shape when sold. Current Honda has 112k and is still going strong with regular service and maintenance. Automotive Authorities staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the experience. They provided courtesy rides to and from my home while my car was in the shop and also have a loaner car or two on hand. I highly recommend and support Automotive Authorities, a local Longmont business (just off Ken Pratt and Sunset) that provides exceptional auto repair service. Honest personal service

I found Automotive Authorities through Zack's Transmission. They've come through EVERY time since. Saved me from the chevy stealership telling me my truck needed a new engine when it was just the Oil Pressure Sending Unit - saved me about $13,000 that trip. Grease monkey stripped the transmission pan drain plug for me a few years ago, I didn't find out until I needed to change it. Long story short I had to remove the pan FULL and inadvertently damaged a shift solenoid in the process. I'm not a transmission guy. Cory and the team knew exactly what it was 2003 Tahoe 286,000 miles and back to driving like new. I have 100% confidence in Cory, Larry, Andy and the rest of the team at Automotive Authorities. What I can't fix I take to them. They're great!
